Timothy is a barrister specialising in the fields of employment, commercial, property and public law. Since transferring to the Bar in 2005 from a City law firm his practice has developed rapidly. As well as appearing in the employment tribunals and the county court he receives frequent instructions regarding matters before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. He has also appeared in the Court of Appeal on behalf of a London local authority.
