Tony has more than 30 years' experience, covering all aspects of common law, criminal and civil, including personal injury, contract, sale of goods, matrimonial finance, child care etc.

CARRER PATH

In 1988 he joined the Chambers of Peter Crawford QC, now Julian Baughan QC, at 13 King’s Bench Walk

From 1970 to 1988 he was a tenant in the Chambers of HH Judge Michael Talbot, Douglas Draycott Q.C. and finally HH Judge Anthony King at 1 Essex Court

PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

For the last 10 years his practice has been almost exclusively in the criminal courts

 

 

• He prosecutes and defends in cases of murder, manslaughter, causing death by dangerous driving, offences against the person, rape and other sexual offences, thefts, frauds, customs offences, drugs importation and supply, firearms offences, money laundering, people smuggling and conspiracy.

 

• Comprehensive experience in all areas of common law.

 

• Family and matrimonial law, covering ancillary relief, domestic violence, public and private child cases.

 

• Considerable personal injury experience, advising on liability and quantum relating to fatal accidents, industrial accidents  and other injury claims.
