CAREER PATH

Edmund joined the Chambers of Graeme Williams QC, now Julian Baughan QC, as a pupil in 1991.He became a tenant in 1992.  

 

PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

(1) Property law, including landlord and tenant law, both commercial and residential;

(2) Public law, in particular regulatory law, including cases for and against local authorities, and prison law;    

(3) Employment law;

(4) Contractual law;

(5) Personal Injury law;

(6) Criminal law, including fraud (both for the prosecition and for the defence) and local authority prosecutions;

(7) Licensing law.
