PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
His professional practice has covered:
- All aspects of employment law, including in particular discrimination claims, unfair and wrongful dismissal and restrictive covenants. He regularly appears in the Tribunals in substantial race and sex discrimination claims and advises on all aspects of discrimination law.
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant work including leasehold enfranchisement.
- All aspects of real property law including mortgages, conveyancing disputes, easements and quasi-easements and proprietary estoppel.
- A wide variety of commercial and contractual disputes.
