CAREER PATH
Paul was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in July 2004. He then undertook pupillage at 13 King's Bench Walk and became a tenant in October 2005.

PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE
Personal injury
Paul appears frequently in the county court in cases of employers' liability, occupiers' liability and road traffic accidents. Paul has also appeared in a fatal accident claim in the Admiralty Court.
Employment
Paul acts for both respondents and claimants. He has represented government departments, local authorities and small businesses. Recent tribunal appearances include claims for unfair dismissal in redundancy situations, constructive dismissal and race, disability and sex discrimination.

Paul is a member of the Personal Injuries Bar Association and the Employment Law Bar Association.

INTERESTS
Paul is a volunteer for the charity USPG and enjoys country walks and the arts.
