Andrew Pote: guest speaker at the Mt. Kopaonik School of Natural Law in Serbia

Andrew Pote was a guest speaker at the Mt. Kopaonik School of Natural Law in Serbia from 13th to 17th December 2010. His paper “Children as Criminals. Is there a right age of Criminal Responsibility” was well received and enthusiastically discussed in the Freedom of Life section of the conference. He also addressed the final plenary session giving his observations on the event and later gave an interview to TV Station B92 Belgrade which was broadcast on 27th December 2010. Andrew is one of the very few English barristers to have been honoured with an invitation to this event, now in its 23rd year attended by over 1,200 lawyers.
