has a first degree in law from Lincoln College, Oxford and a master’s in international law from the School of Oriental and African Studies.  He has a diverse practice embracing a number of specializations both as adviser and advocate:

  • contract and commercial including sale of goods, all aspects of agency, commercial lending, tracing, partnership and construction.
  • all aspects of employment, especially restraint of trade and breach of confidence
  • professional negligence including solicitors', accountants' and valuers' negligence.
  • intellectual property including trade mark, copyright and design rights
  • property including nuisance and environmental damage, licences and easements, adverse possession, secured lending and conveyancing disputes
  • employment including construction of employment contracts, restraint of trade, breach of confidence, wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and discrimination.
