Ben represents professional and lay clients almost daily in interim hearings and trials of small claim, fast- and multi-track value. His practice includes the following areas, in which he is also instructed to produce advice and pleadings:
- Contractual disputes in both consumer and business contexts
- Employment
- Insolvency (personal and company)
- Personal injury, including workplace, highway and road traffic accidents
- Property, with an emphasis on residential and commercial tenancy disputes
Ben is also engaged by the Treasury Solicitor on a regular basis to advise the Government on liability and quantum in relation to litigation against the Prisons and Courts Services.
Ben accepts work funded by legal aid or Conditional Fee Agreements.
