Charles has worked for a varied range of firms of solicitors from the small high street firm to the larger regional firm. His personal injury work encompasses work for both claimants and defendants. He has some experience of defending in prosecutions under the Health & Safety at Work Act. Apart from that his practice is exclusively civil in nature and he tends to work across a broad range of areas of common law work. His insolvency work tends to overlap into that broad range of work. He has worked with leading counsel on a number of occasions.
Charles has also undertaken work for the Inns of Court School of Law teaching and assessing students on the BVC. Most recently he was involved in the recording of a video of an application for use by the school in the delivery of a Higher Rights Advocacy course.
Charles' primary areas of expertise are in commercial, personal injury and property.
