Clare Harrington

Clare has more than 10 years' experience in her principal fields of employment law and personal injury.

She has a broad employment practice ranging from providing representation at employment tribunal hearings to county court trials concerning breach of the contract of employment.  Her clients are predominantly employers and she has appeared in cases of alleged unfair dismissal and sex/race discrimination for amongst others, a number of local authorities and NHS Trusts.

She is regularly instructed in personal injury claims on behalf of both claimants and defendants in cases concerning occupier’s liability, employer’s liability and road traffic accidents.
