Edward is developing a predominantly chancery practice, but undertakes a wide range of junior civil work including commercial and insolvency. 

He has particular experience of;

Property Law - conveyancing issues (both during and after the event), cohabitation claims, easements, adverse possession, mortgages and boundary disputes.

Landlord & Tenant - forfeiture and guarantees, breach of covenant, leasehold enfranchisement and lease variations.

Contract - in a general commercial context but with a particular interest in construction disputes and guarantees.

Professional Negligence - solicitors negligence, negligence within the financial services sector and negligence amongst those professions within the areas outlined above.
