Mark Maitland-Jones

Mark has over 20 years experience of advocacy across the whole spectrum of the common law.  For the last 10 years he has undertaken only civil work.  He has particular experience of high value personal injury litigation and in the last few years has been in two significant Court of Appeal cases in this field.  He has also developed a practice in employment law and general commercial litigation.

He continues to work in, and just as importantly give advice prior to, a wide variety of contested trials.
