Nigel has experience of a wide range of civil litigation. He practises in general civil law and specialises in property (e.g. landlord & tenant, restrictive covenants, easements, boundary disputes and applications under TOLATA 1996) and employment (e.g unfair and wrongful dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, unlawful deductions and claims under the working time regulations).
Reported cases include Pratt v. D.P.P., Times, 22nd August 2001; [2002] ACD 2 - Protection from Harassment Act 1997- Behaviour amounting to a "course of conduct". Lawrence v. Bertram [2004] Fam. Law- Trusts of Land and Trustees Appointment Act 1996- Jurisdiction to order one co-owner to sell their share to the other co-owner.
