Nikki Duncan

Nikki joined Chambers as a member of the criminal team in 2000.  Nikki has considerable experience, having both prosecuted and defended a wide range of criminal cases at all levels.  She has been instructed to prosecute serious and multi-handed cases, on behalf of the CPS complex crime unit.  She is sensitive in her handling of difficult and vulnerable witnesses and Defendants, and has dealt with a number of Mental Health Act cases.

Her recent cases have included serious violence, armed robberies, blackmail, possession with intent to supply and cultivation of controlled drugs, sexual assaults, brothel-keeping and theft by employee.
