Richard Williams

Richard joined 13KBW in October 2011 following successful completion of pupillage.  During pupillage Richard gained experience in all areas of Chambers’ civil practice and he will accept instructions in the following areas:

  • Personal injury (including RTA, Highways and Workplace based accidents)
  • Contractual disputes (with an emphasis on debt recovery and enforcement action)
  • Property (including mortgage and landlord and tenant possession proceedings)
  • Insolvency (personal and corporate)
  • Employment

Richard accepts work funded on a legal aid or CFA basis.
