Sarah Lippold

Sarah has a wide range of experience in civil litigation, undertaking both claimant and defendant work. She is a member of Chambers' property, employment, personal injury and medical law teams. She also undertakes work in the field of consumer law and education law. She is able to take instructions under the Public Access scheme. Sarah is an Advocay Trainer for Inner Temple.
Personal Practice Experience
- Property: Sarah advises on a wide range of property law issues including landlord and tenant disputes, dealing with actions in the County Court, Chancery Division and in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
- Employment Law: Sarah appears regularly in Employment Tribunals and advises on unfair dismissal, discriminination, harassment and victimisation, health and safety and TUPE.
- Personal Injury: Sarah's practice covers all aspects of personal injury litigation, including employer's liability, occupier's liability, road traffic litigation and claims against local authorities.
- Contract: Sarah is instructed in relation to a broad range of contractual disputes, and has a particular specialism in consumer credit and sale of goods legislation, and in construction disputes
