Susan Chan

Susan has more than 16 years' experience, covering all aspects of civil litigation. She practises extensively in employment law, personal injury work and public law, including judicial review. She was appointed to the Treasury Panel of Civil Litigation Counsel in 1999 (appointed to 'A' panel March 2010) and has conducted several hundred cases on behalf of the Government.
Qualifications:
- 1993- BA (Hons) 2:1 in Law, Magdalen College, Oxford. Appointed a scholar.
- 1994 - Bar Vocational Qualification. Grays Inn Prince of Wales Scholarship
- Called to Bar in 1994
- Was a pupil at 13 KBW between September 1994-September 1995 before joining as a tenant in 1995
