EMPLOYMENT AND COMMERCIAL
Timothy is an employment and commercial law barrister who negotiates complex and often high profile legal disputes on behalf of clients. He combines robust and tenacious advocacy with outstanding collaborative skills to deliver results. Timothy takes a commercial approach, and he is alive to the specific concerns and priorities of each individual client in the divers sectors of the public and private economy. He acts for a wide range of entities from large European companies to local authorities and private individuals. As employment law continues to develop at a rapid speed, Timothy provides an early, clear and comprehensive legal and tactical analysis, anticipating potential challenges and suggesting routes to success, that allows clients to approach each case with confidence.
PROPERTY AND PUBLIC LAW
Timothy also assists clients in the fields of property and public law, including licensing and judicial review cases. He represents both commercial and social landlords in relation to housing matters, boundary disputes and possession proceedings including forfeiture. Timothy is regularly instructed by local authorities and businesses to spearhead licensing applications and appeals.
