§     8th October 2008 - Mark Maitland-Jones will update his previously very successful presentation on Loss of a Chance and Sarah Lippold wll consider recent developments in Occupiers Liability

§     3rd December 2008 - to be combined with Christmas Drinks, 2 talks to encourage sobriety: Stuart Nicol will speak on 'The not so passive passenger and claims ex turpi causa non oritur actio' and Murray Grant will present on 'Credit Hire agreements - on a collision course?'
