Personal Injury and Medical Law Teams Monthly Update [PIMLU]

The November and December 2008 PIMLUs are available with digest and comment on topical areas of interest. We welcome feedback on the PIMLU and our monthly Newsletter.
Following the highly successful seminars held in our London Chambers in the Michaelmas Term, the PI Team is holding the following Seminars in our Oxford Chambers:
- 28th January 2009 - Mark Maitland-Jones will present on Loss of a Chance and Sarah Lippold on Vicarious Liability
- 17th February 2009 - Stuart Nicol will speak on The Defence of Illegality and Murray Grant on Credit Hire agreements - on a collision course?
